Agency role
Volobase acts as a booking intermediary. When you make a reservation through Volobase, the underlying flight services are supplied by airlines and connected travel providers.
Your booking is therefore subject both to these Volobase terms and to the airline or provider fare conditions that apply to the itinerary you choose, including rules about baggage, changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds.
Pricing and payment
All customer-facing prices are presented in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. The total shown before payment is the amount you authorise for the booking, including applicable taxes and any selected extras.
Before payment begins, Volobase revalidates the selected offer. If the airline or provider price changes or the offer is no longer available, you will be asked to review the updated total before continuing.
Payment processing is handled by Volobase’s connected payment provider. Your card details are not stored by Volobase.
Ticketing and documents
A booking is not considered fully complete until payment is confirmed and the airline or provider has accepted the order. In some cases, ticketing may complete shortly after payment rather than instantly at browser return.
Volobase will send booking confirmation, itinerary, and receipt documents to the contact email supplied with the booking. Travellers are responsible for reviewing these documents promptly and reporting any issue as soon as possible.
Servicing and changes
Changes, cancellations, airline credits, and refunds depend on the fare rules attached to the selected booking and on the airline or provider workflow. Some itineraries may be non-refundable or change-restricted.
Where changes or cancellations are available, Volobase will assist within the limits of the airline and provider rules in force at the time of the request. Fees imposed by the airline, provider, payment processor, or applicable law may still apply.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must ensure that all names, dates of birth, passport details, contact information, visa requirements, and entry requirements are correct before travel. Errors in passenger data can result in denied boarding, ticket reissue fees, or full loss of value.
Support and disputes
For support, travellers should contact Volobase using the contact details published on this website. If an issue concerns an imminent departure, you should include the booking reference and act without delay.
Where a dispute or payment enquiry is raised, Volobase may rely on booking records, provider records, payment confirmations, and audit logs to investigate the matter.
Website and account use
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, magic links, and authentication codes. Volobase may suspend or limit access where misuse, fraud, or abusive automated activity is suspected.
Changes to these terms
Volobase may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, connected provider requirements, or legal obligations. The latest published version on this page will apply to new bookings from the time it is published.
