Browse results by price, stops, or airline. Select an offer to see the full fare breakdown, baggage allowances, and fare conditions before committing.

Choose seats from an interactive cabin map and add extra baggage if the airline supports it. All extras are priced transparently in AUD.

Pay securely

Your total is revalidated one final time before handoff to Stripe. No hidden fees. The amount you see is the amount you pay.

Searching and booking

Search by route, date, cabin class, and number of travellers. Results show live availability and pricing from partner airlines. One-way and return trips are both supported.

Pricing and payments

All prices are displayed in AUD and include the provider fare, taxes, and any Volobase booking charges. Payments are processed securely through Stripe using your credit or debit card.

Seats and baggage

If the airline provides a seat map, you can choose seats on the review page. Extra checked baggage can also be added where supported. Extras are optional and clearly priced.

Changes and cancellations

Fare conditions vary by airline and fare type. Refund eligibility, change fees, and restrictions are shown on the review page before you book so there are no surprises.

Traveller details

You will need each traveller's full legal name (as on their passport or ID), date of birth, and contact details. For international flights, passport number and expiry date may also be required.

Frequently asked questions

Are final prices shown in AUD?

Yes. Volobase customer-facing totals are presented in AUD, including provider fare, taxes, and any applicable charges. The price breakdown is visible on the review page before payment begins.

Can a flight price change before payment?

Yes. Airline prices can fluctuate. Volobase revalidates the selected offer immediately before payment. If the amount changes, you will see both the previous and updated total and must confirm before continuing.

How do I choose a seat?

If the airline supports seat selection, an interactive seat map is shown on the review page. You can pick a specific seat for each traveller and flight segment, or choose to let the airline assign one at no extra charge.

Can I add extra baggage?

Where the airline supports it, extra checked baggage options appear on the review page with clear pricing. Your included baggage allowance is also shown for each flight segment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change policies are set by the airline and vary by fare type. These conditions are clearly displayed on the review page before you complete your booking. Volobase does not add its own cancellation fees.

Do I need a Volobase account to book?

No. You can complete a booking as a guest using the secure access link provided during the booking flow. Creating an account lets you view booking history and manage future trips more easily.

How will I receive my booking confirmation?

After payment is confirmed and the airline issues your ticket, Volobase sends a confirmation email to the lead contact email address provided during booking.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Volobase uses encrypted connections, secure payment processing via Stripe, and does not store your full card details. Personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

How can I contact support?

You can reach us at support@volobase.com.au. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. For urgent flight enquiries, include your booking reference.
